Manchester City has reportedly secured a deal with Palmeiras for talented Brazilian defender Vitor Reis, who is set to become their first winter signing for Pep Guardiola's squad.
Vitor Reis, an 18-year-old highly-rated Brazilian defender, has been on the radar of top European clubs for some time. According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City has reached an agreement with Palmeiras to bring Reis to the Premier League, with the compensation amounting to at least €40m.
