18-year-old Endrick is considering a Real Madrid exit this summer amid concerns over limited minutes and pointed criticism from manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Endrick, the 18-year-old Brazilian forward signed with high hopes by Real Madrid, is reportedly considering a loan exit from the club after growing frustrated with limited playing time and recent comments from manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Despite making 33 appearances across competitions, Endrick has logged just 700 minutes this season and made his first La Liga start only this week in Madrid's 1-0 win over Getafe. In that game, he missed two clear chances—errors that prompted sharp feedback from his manager.
“Young players need to strike the ball properly, not this theatrical stuff,” Ancelotti said post-match. “Theatre in football doesn’t exist.”
According to Relevo, Endrick had already voiced concerns months ago about being stuck behind Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe, and Rodrygo in the pecking order. He reportedly informed the club he would consider a loan move next season unless more consistent minutes are guaranteed.
Madrid remain committed to the teenager’s long-term future, but with the squad's attacking options set to become even more competitive next season, Endrick’s path to regular starts appears blocked. A loan move could offer him valuable experience and confidence, much like the route taken by other young talents before him.
Endrick is expected to return to the bench this weekend as Real Madrid face Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final, followed by a La Liga clash with Celta next week. His future could become clearer once the season wraps up and Madrid begin planning for the 2025/26 campaign.
