Arsenal’s 14-year-old Max Dowman breaks the club’s Premier League 2 record, making his debut at just 14 years and 336 days old.

Arsenal’s academy has recently produced two standout talents who are being tipped as the club’s and England’s future stars. Ethan Nwaneri, who has already scored his first Premier League goal, is one of them, but now attention is turning to 14-year-old Max Dowman, who is making huge strides toward the top.

Despite his youth, Dowman has already trained with Mikel Arteta’s first team this season, and last weekend, he achieved a major milestone. Dowman became the youngest player in Arsenal’s history to feature in a Premier League 2 match—a competition formerly known as the U21 league, which also allows up to five senior players to participate, making it an excellent testing ground for returning stars recovering from injuries.

At just 14 years and 336 days old, Dowman made his debut in the Premier League 2, breaking the club record previously held by Ethan Nwaneri by an impressive margin of 200 days.
