Atalanta secures a decisive 3-0 away victory over league leaders Napoli in the 11th round of the Serie A, shaking up the top of the table.
Atalanta delivered a stunning blow to Serie A leaders Napoli with a commanding 3-0 win in Naples during their highly anticipated 11th-round clash. The visitors from Bergamo took control in the first half, thanks to two goals from standout Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman (10', 31'), both assisted by Charles de Ketelaere.
The final blow came in stoppage time when the league's current top scorer, Matteo Retegui, sealed the 3-0 victory with a well-placed goal in the 90+2' minute. Croatian midfielder Mario Pašalić played until the 82nd minute for Atalanta, contributing to a crucial win that lifted the team to second place on the table with 22 points, just three behind Napoli and one ahead of Juventus and Inter.
