A passionate Barcelona supporter spent nearly seven hours getting a detailed tattoo of Lamine Yamal’s face, calling the teen star “a machine” and a player “everyone loves.”
Lamine Yamal’s incredible rise at Barcelona has inspired fans across the world—but one supporter took his admiration to another level with a seven-hour tattoo of the young star’s face.
Luismi, a lifelong Barça fan, had the tattoo done at Pol Tattoo Studio, and the detailed ink featuring Yamal’s likeness—complete with his signature curly hairstyle—has gone viral on social media.
While many supporters express their passion through jerseys or posts, Luismi turned his devotion into a permanent tribute. “He’s the best, a machine,” he told El Desmarque during the session. “You just watch and go crazy with the things he does. As a Barça fan, I love him. Whether you're Real Madrid or Barcelona, everyone loves him.”
Luismi even joked about tattooing a future honour on the young forward: “I would love to tattoo the Ballon d’Or on him.”
The tattoo took six to seven hours to complete, and was done by an artist who is also a Barcelona supporter, adding an extra layer of meaning to the tribute.
Yamal’s popularity is expected to soar even further, as he is set to inherit Barcelona’s iconic No. 10 shirt, previously worn by Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho. The official announcement is expected on July 13, his 18th birthday.
