Barcelona fans have shown huge excitement for the team’s return to the renovated Spotify Camp Nou, with all 23,000 tickets for Friday’s open training session sold out.
Barcelona supporters can’t wait to return home. Tickets for the club’s open training session at the newly renovated Spotify Camp Nou were snapped up within days, with the available 23,000 seats now officially sold out.
The event marks the team’s first public appearance at the famous stadium since major reconstruction works began, forcing Barça to play their home matches at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium for several months.
The response from fans shows just how much the club and city have missed the Camp Nou atmosphere.
Barcelona confirmed that more tickets may still be released, depending on whether internal allocations and technical reserves are needed:
“FC Barcelona would like to thank its members and fans for their enthusiasm and support during this long-awaited return home,” the club said.
The open training session will offer supporters a first look at the squad back on their historic turf, ahead of the stadium’s full reopening phase — one of the most anticipated moments of the season.
The Camp Nou isn’t fully ready yet — but Barcelona’s heartbeat is clearly returning.
