BiH FA president Vico Zeljković shared a dinner with UEFA chief Aleksander Čeferin before the Slovenia vs. Bosnia match, praising Čeferin’s reputation and leadership in world football.
President of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vico Zeljković, revealed he had a dinner meeting with UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin ahead of the international match between Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in Celje.
The informal gathering also included Slovenian FA president Radenko Mijatović and NZS general secretary Martin Koželj. Zeljković later shared a photo and message on Instagram reflecting on the evening.
"It was an honour and pleasure to spend the evening in a friendly and informal setting with Aleksander Čeferin, Radenko Mijatović, and Martin Koželj. We had an open and sincere conversation. Mr. Čeferin once again showed why he enjoys such high respect in European and global football — directness, wisdom, and deep understanding of football at all levels," wrote Zeljković.
The Slovenia vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina match is scheduled to kick off at 18:00 in Celje.
