Bologna is interested in signing Sarajevo’s star Giorgi Guliashvili, who has impressed with his performances in the Bosnian league and is on the radar of several European clubs.
Giorgi Guliashvili, the standout player for Sarajevo and currently one of the top performers in the Bosnian Premier League, is attracting attention from Bologna, the seven-time Italian champions who are competing in this season's Champions League.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Bologna has been closely monitoring the 23-year-old Georgian winger, who has caught the eye with his impressive performances at the start of this season. The Italian club is reportedly considering making a move for Guliashvili during the January transfer window.
The winger has been in outstanding form, scoring nine goals in nine league matches for Sarajevo this season, along with another goal in the Europa Conference League qualifiers.
Guliashvili recently earned a call-up to the Georgian national team for their Nations League matches but has yet to make his debut after not featuring in games against Ukraine and Albania. He previously represented the Georgia U21 side 20 times, scoring 8 goals, and had an even more impressive record with the junior national team, netting 11 goals in 18 appearances.
