With Davide Ancelotti set to begin his own coaching career, Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly reached out to Kaka to join his new staff as Brazil’s national team assistant.
Carlo Ancelotti is preparing for a bold new chapter as he takes over as head coach of the Brazilian national team. As he gears up for his first-ever international job, a familiar face may soon be joining him on the sidelines—none other than Kaka.
According to ESPN Brazil, Ancelotti has already placed a phone call to the Ballon d'Or winner and Champions League hero with AC Milan and Real Madrid. The move would mark a reunion between two icons who achieved enormous success together in Europe, particularly during their time at San Siro.
This development comes amid confirmation that Davide Ancelotti, Carlo’s longtime assistant and son, will no longer be part of his father’s staff. After years working side by side at PSG, Bayern Munich, Napoli, Everton and Real Madrid, Davide is now ready to step out on his own. He has already been linked with an opportunity to take over at English side Birmingham City.
Kaka, now 43, has not yet taken up a major role in coaching, but reports confirm that he has already completed all the necessary qualifications to step into management. A role with Brazil could be the ideal first step into a high-level footballing environment under the guidance of one of the most decorated coaches of all time.
If the deal goes through, it will signal an emotional and strategic reunion—one that blends Ancelotti’s tactical mastery with Kaka’s cultural influence and modern perspective on Brazilian football.
