Real Madrid plan to extend Antonio Rüdiger’s contract despite Juventus interest, while Dani Ceballos faces an uncertain future with a possible summer exit.
Real Madrid are preparing key decisions ahead of the summer, with one player moving closer to a new deal while another remains uncertain about his future.
Dani Ceballos has spent almost a decade at the club, yet questions about his role have followed him for years.
Although he will turn 30 this year, the midfielder still finds himself linked with exits. In previous windows, Marseille and a return to Real Betis were discussed, while this year Ajax entered the picture.
Ceballos is under contract until the end of next season, and Real Madrid are open to a sale, which keeps his situation unresolved.
Antonio Rüdiger set to stay at Madrid
At the same time, the club are moving in the opposite direction with Antonio Rüdiger.
The experienced German defender, whose current deal runs until the end of the season, has attracted interest from Juventus.
However, reports from Spain indicate that Real Madrid are ready to offer the 33-year-old a contract extension, giving him the chance to remain at the club for at least another year.
Rüdiger joined Madrid in 2022 from Chelsea and has become an important figure in defense.
Despite this, the club are still expected to strengthen the centre-back position in the summer, especially with David Alaba set to leave.
