The Spanish coach contacted the staff of Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt while preparing his team for the Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter, the same opponent the Norwegian club shocked earlier in Europe.

Fabregas invited members of the Bodo/Glimt coaching staff to Italy this week. The Norwegian club gained attention across Europe after eliminating Inter, last season’s Champions League finalist.
The visit focused on preparation methods. Fabregas spent long sessions with the Norwegian club’s performance and nutrition specialists, who explained their approach to player recovery and regeneration.
The Spanish coach hopes those details provide an edge before the decisive cup clash.
Technology and innovation at Como
Fabregas also introduced new training methods at Como. The club installed a large screen at the training ground so coaches can track player movement live during sessions.
Drones record every exercise, which allows the staff to analyze positioning and tactical structure immediately.
With 11 rounds remaining in Serie A, Como face a tense battle for European qualification. Competition for continental places remains fierce.
Fabregas already carries a strong reputation as one of the most promising young coaches in Europe. A place in the Champions League would push his status much higher across the continent.
