Cristiano Ronaldo revealed that his iconic hairstyle is central to his confidence, saying he “wouldn’t be the same” without hair as he expands his wellness brand in Saudi Arabia.
Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that his hair plays a key role in maintaining his confidence, admitting he “wouldn’t be the same” without it. The Al-Nassr superstar opened up about self-image, grooming and confidence as part of his growing Inspire wellness brand in Saudi Arabia.
Speaking to Loud FM, the 40-year-old Portuguese forward said his hair has always been part of his personal identity. “It’s better to do things with hair. I think so. Do you not agree with me? I prefer it. If you see me, for example, without the hair, I will not be the same Cristiano,” Ronaldo said with a smile.
He added, “So many people don’t care if they have hair or not. I believe with hair, you’re looking better. So this is just my opinion.”
Ronaldo’s comments come as part of his campaign to promote Inspire, a health and aesthetics company he co-founded under the Insparya Group. The clinic specializes in cutting-edge hair restoration treatments aimed at boosting confidence and self-esteem — values that have long defined Ronaldo’s career on and off the pitch.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has always seen personal grooming as part of his professional discipline. From his spiky Manchester United days to sleek looks at Real Madrid and Juventus, Ronaldo’s image has evolved along with his footballing dominance.
Beyond fashion, Ronaldo’s empire now spans fitness, health, and lifestyle ventures. Through Inspire, he aims to normalize men’s wellness and hair care, encouraging people to embrace self-improvement with confidence. “The confidence is not coming from outside; it’s always coming from inside,” he explained. “But it’s always nice to look good outside too.”
With 665 million followers on Instagram, Ronaldo remains one of the most influential public figures in the world. His ability to blend sporting excellence with business ventures continues to expand his legacy — from record-breaking football achievements to reshaping the global conversation around self-care.
At 40, Ronaldo remains a key player for Al-Nassr and Portugal, still chasing titles while laying the foundation for a post-football empire built on health, wellness and confidence. As he put it himself: “Better health, more longevity — that’s the main key.”
