RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hoffenheim are monitoring Aleksa Damjanović, while Crvena zvezda demand at least €5 million for the 16-year-old talent.
According to Sky Sport, scouting departments from RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hoffenheim have placed Aleksa Damjanović (16) on their shortlist, actively following the development of Crvena zvezda’s promising striker.
The same source reports that Crvena zvezda will not enter negotiations for less than €5,000,000. Damjanović also holds an Austrian passport, a detail that would significantly ease any future move to the Bundesliga.
Sky adds that it is very possible Damjanović will make his next career step in the summer, despite signing a contract with Crvena zvezda in September, valid until 2028.
The young forward has made three senior appearances for Crvena zvezda, jumping straight from the club’s cadet team. Last season, he was the top scorer of the Serbian U17 league with 21 goals, leading the red-and-whites to the championship.
This season, Damjanović is playing simultaneously for Grafičar in the Serbian First League and for Crvena zvezda’s youth team in the UEFA Youth League. He is also part of Serbia’s youth national team structure.
His father, Jovan Damjanović, played in Germany during his career for Paderborn and Wehen.
