David Beckham is reportedly planning a “family summit” in hopes of repairing the rift with his son Brooklyn and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz, whose absence from the former footballer’s 50th birthday celebrations reignited long-standing tensions within the famous family.
According to sources close to the Beckhams, the couple is “keen to heal the rift” and has been left deeply hurt by Brooklyn and Nicola’s recent behavior. Not only did the pair skip multiple birthday parties, but they also failed to acknowledge the occasion publicly on social media. A similar snub occurred during Victoria Beckham’s 51st birthday, when Brooklyn instead attended Coachella with Nicola.
The feud reportedly dates back to the couple’s wedding in 2022, which is when early signs of tension between Victoria and Nicola began to emerge. Though both women made public efforts to present a united front, recent months have seen the rift deepen, with reports suggesting Brooklyn has also clashed with his younger brother Romeo over his relationship with Kim Turnbull.
