The Arsenal midfielder insists the Gunners will fight until the end despite trailing Liverpool by 15 points.
Declan Rice has made it clear that Arsenal will not surrender in the Premier League title race despite their recent setbacks. After scoring in the Gunners’ draw against Manchester United, Rice emphasized that there is still plenty to fight for this season.
Arsenal’s title hopes take a hit
Mikel Arteta’s side missed a crucial opportunity to close the gap on league leaders Liverpool, as they were held to a frustrating draw at Old Trafford. With just a handful of matches remaining, Arsenal now trail the Reds by 15 points, making their title challenge increasingly difficult.
Rice: "We’ll give everything until the end"
Despite the widening gap at the top, Rice remains optimistic and insists that Arsenal will keep pushing until the very end.
“We’ll give everything until the end of the season. Liverpool have been amazing, credit to them. It’s not over yet. We need to keep pushing, we’re Arsenal. There’s still much to play for,” Rice said after the game.
Arteta echoes Rice’s determination
Arteta has also been questioned in recent weeks about Arsenal’s fading title hopes, but the Spanish coach has maintained that the fight isn’t over until it’s mathematically impossible. His squad seems to share the same mentality, refusing to concede the title just yet.
Arsenal’s final push
While the title race looks increasingly in Liverpool’s favor, Arsenal still have an important run of fixtures that could define their season. With top-four positioning and pride at stake, every match will be crucial in the final stretch of the campaign.
