Milan’s derby generated €8.6 million in ticket revenue and drew more than 75,000 spectators, setting a new all-time Serie A record.

Derby della Madonnina delivered another extraordinary night at San Siro, breaking the Serie A matchday revenue record with €8,649,494 generated from ticket sales.

More than 75,500 spectators filled the stadium for the encounter played in the 12th round, surpassing the previous high of €7.63 million, also set during a Milan–Inter clash last year. The new figure places this edition of the derby as the seventh most profitable match ever held in Italy, a list increasingly dominated by fixtures from the Champions League.

The atmosphere inside San Siro was electric, reinforcing the enduring appeal and commercial strength of the Milan rivalry. The latest financial milestone underlines the derby’s status as one of the most valuable fixtures in European football.
