Evangelina Anderson, wife of former Man City star Martin Demichelis, got a nasty shock when a huge snake gatecrashed her house party in Monterrey, Mexico.
Evangelina Anderson, the glamorous Playboy model and wife of former Manchester City defender Martin Demichelis, had an unexpected and terrifying guest at a recent house party — a massive snake.
The incident unfolded at the couple’s home in Monterrey, Mexico, where Anderson was relaxing with friends when she spotted the long, slithering intruder moving through the house.
"Look how long it is. I can’t believe it," she said in a shocked voice, filming the snake and posting the video online. According to NeedToKnow, one of her guests bravely managed to remove the snake using a dustpan and broom.
The snake was reportedly venomous, but no one was harmed. Still, the experience left everyone rattled.
Since relocating to Mexico last October, Anderson and Demichelis have had to adjust to more than just a change in culture. Their new home is near the mountains — and with it comes unexpected wildlife. Bears, for example, have already made several surprise appearances in their neighborhood.
Last November, Anderson shared a series of Instagram Stories featuring black bears rummaging through bins, strolling through construction sites, and lurking in bushes. One particularly bold bear even carried a trash bag down the street in its jaws.
Demichelis, 44, recently became head coach of C.F. Monterrey after parting ways with River Plate. The former Argentina international enjoyed a successful career in Europe, including spells at Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, and of course, Manchester City, where he made 78 appearances and helped the club win the Premier League and two League Cups.
As the couple continues their life in Mexico, it seems they’ll have to get used to more than just high-pressure football — because nature isn’t playing around.
