With speculation mounting over a potential summer exit, Grealish skipped City's U.S. tour and took to Instagram to post a photo showing off his toned physique with the caption: "Late night runs on holiday. Feeling good." His sharp condition comes amid interest from Premier League and European clubs, with a loan deal looking more likely due to financial restrictions.
Pep Guardiola recently admitted Grealish’s future is being assessed, while England boss Thomas Tuchel has encouraged him to seek regular playing time to regain a spot in the national team.
Meanwhile, Erling Haaland is already in Miami with the rest of the City squad and made his feelings known in typical fashion. Sharing a snap from the plane with an empty seat beside him, he wrote: "Jack Grealish where are you?"—complete with a crying emoji. Haaland then joked about the Miami sun, posting: “Norwegian in Miami = sunburned.”
The duo, known for their off-pitch bromance, had become inseparable since Haaland’s arrival in 2022. Their bond was so close that City fans noted Grealish’s absence even more after Haaland’s lonely-looking post.
Grealish, who joined for a then-British record £100 million in 2021, could still leave this summer, though a permanent move seems complicated by PSR rules. Everton and other clubs are reportedly watching closely.
