Hajduk Split's 16-year-old sensation Bruno Durdov scored twice in a Croatian league match, becoming the club's youngest-ever scorer and leading his team to a 4-1 victory over Gorica.
Young talent Bruno Durdov stole the show with two goals in Hajduk Split’s 4-1 victory over Gorica in the Croatian First League. The 16-year-old winger, considered one of the club’s brightest prospects, equalized in the 11th minute before giving his team the lead in the 55th minute. His performance not only secured three points for his team but also made him the youngest scorer in Hajduk’s history in the HNL.
This was a breakthrough moment for Durdov, marking his first two goals at the senior level. Hajduk’s strong form, currently sitting at the top of the table and undefeated, has been surprising after early elimination from European qualifiers and internal drama within the club.
With his stunning performance, Durdov is sure to get more opportunities in the senior squad, and fans will be eager to follow his progress as he turns 17 this December.
