Renowned Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimović continues to live healthily, watch his diet, and train regularly even after ending his professional football career, maintaining a youthful appearance at 42.

Zlatan Ibrahimović is a football legend. Having played for Malmö, Ajax, Barcelona, Inter, Juventus, PSG, and Milan, he achieved great success, winning numerous trophies and individual awards. Alongside talent, Ibrahimović's discipline and perseverance have been key to his longevity. But what's his secret to looking so youthful at 42?

First, there's his diet. The former footballer eats only white meat, fresh vegetables, and fruits. Occasionally, he includes dried beef in his meals. He avoids any frozen food, doesn't eat ice cream, and rarely consumes pasta. These details were recently reported by British media.

Refined sugar is strictly prohibited, and his meals are carefully balanced. After matches, he sometimes indulged in pizza, but even then, he controlled the portions. Fried foods and sweets are practically nonexistent in his diet.

The quality and freshness of his food are paramount. When he joined PSG, he would get upset if there wasn't enough fresh fruit and vegetables in the kitchen. The club's management immediately instructed the chefs to meet Ibrahimović's dietary needs.

"The hardest time for me was when I was seriously injured and couldn't move the way I was used to. That's when I discovered yoga. I was accustomed to more body contact, moving quickly. Yoga was the opposite, so it was a new challenge for me, and I found it really positive. I had to teach myself to cool down, move slowly and differently, to focus… It was very exciting: I learned skills and exercises that I could apply on the football field. You should never be afraid to try different things," Ibrahimović said in an interview with "GQ."

That's not all. He regularly practices taekwondo. This martial art has enabled him to gain flexibility and perform acrobatic moves on the field.
