Yaya Dukuly, who was officially unveiled as a Celje player just yesterday, found the back of the net with a brilliant individual effort. The Australian winger produced a lightning-fast run down the flank—drawing comparisons to Lamine Yamal's style—before a phenomenal finish to score the goal for the Counts.
Dukuly is expected to operate on the right wing for Celje, and on paper, he looks like a significant reinforcement for the champions. The 23-year-old was a standout performer in the Australian A-League.
After a previous spell in Europe with French side Reims did not work out as planned, he is now looking to make his definitive breakthrough on the continent. Given his age, he still has plenty of time to fulfill his high potential.
