Jobe Bellingham will visit Eintracht Frankfurt for transfer talks amid interest from multiple Bundesliga clubs following Sunderland’s promotion to the Premier League.
Jobe Bellingham is set to travel to Eintracht Frankfurt on Monday as interest from Bundesliga clubs intensifies, according to Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg.
The 19-year-old midfielder will tour Frankfurt’s facilities and hold preliminary discussions regarding a potential transfer. Both Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are also reportedly in the race to sign the Sunderland star, but Bellingham has yet to make a final decision.
The younger brother of Jude Bellingham, Jobe played a pivotal role in Sunderland’s promotion to the Premier League this season, appearing in 43 matches across all competitions and helping the club secure a top-flight return via the playoffs.
While a stay at Sunderland remains an option, Bellingham is believed to favour a move to a club competing in the Champions League in the 2025-26 campaign — a criteria that both Frankfurt and Dortmund satisfy after finishing in the Bundesliga top four.
The teenager will now weigh his options carefully, with Bundesliga giants looking to secure one of England’s most promising midfield talents. A final decision is expected in the coming weeks.
