Dušan Vlahović will leave Juventus this summer after disagreeing on a new contract. Aston Villa leads the race, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and several European clubs also interested.
Dušan Vlahović is set to leave Juventus this summer after contract extension talks broke down, with the club now preparing to sell the Serbian striker before he enters the final year of his deal.
The 25-year-old, who joined Juve from Fiorentina in January 2022 for €84 million, will be available for a significantly lower fee. The Turin giants are reportedly asking for around €30 million—a figure that has already sparked interest from across Europe.
Aston Villa are currently the most serious contenders. According to reports, the Birmingham club are seeking a replacement for Jhon Durán after his move to Al Nassr and see Vlahović as the ideal solution for their No. 9 role. A formal offer is expected in the coming days.
Interest is also coming from other Premier League sides. Arsenal are still pursuing Sporting’s Viktor Gyökeres, while Chelsea have yet to make an official move for Vlahović. Outside England, the striker has also been linked with Barcelona, AC Milan, and Napoli.
Despite not always being in Thiago Motta’s starting plans this season, Vlahović has delivered a decent return, scoring 14 goals in 35 appearances. In total, he has registered 55 goals and 12 assists in 136 matches for Juventus.
Vlahović’s departure would mark a disappointing end to what was once one of Serie A’s most high-profile transfers. However, with several clubs monitoring his situation, the Serbian forward appears ready for a fresh start—potentially in the Premier League.
