Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker allegedly received drunk text messages from Katie Price during a holiday in Cyprus, according to claims made by her ex-boyfriend JJ Slater.
Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker were allegedly contacted by Katie Price while she was drunk, according to claims made by her former boyfriend JJ Slater.
Slater, who appeared on Married at First Sight, said the messages were sent during a trip to Cyprus in October 2024, while the couple were on holiday together.
Speaking to The Sun, Slater claimed the incident followed a night out involving heavy drinking.
"We were out at a karaoke bar and having drinks, having fun. The bar closed, so we went home and Kate wanted to carry on drinking or playing drinking games with her friends. I was tired, so I said I was going to sleep," he said.
"Kate went upstairs with her friends. I woke up at around five or six in the morning and she wasn’t there. I went upstairs and saw she was on her phone messaging footballers. It was Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker," Slater added.
"There was a lot of drink involved, so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But in the back of your mind you think, I wouldn’t do that," he continued.
Kyle Walker’s private life remains under intense media scrutiny. The England defender married Annie Kilner in 2021, but their relationship suffered repeated public scandals, separations, and a divorce filing in 2024.
Walker also fathered two children with Lauryn Goodman, which led to him being asked to leave the family home. Reports in January suggested the couple still face unresolved issues.
A source told Closer last month that concerns resurfaced after Walker appeared at a Hugo Boss press event without his wedding ring.
"In the campaign photos the ring was on, but during public appearances it was clearly missing. Friends say the last time he removed it was when Annie filed for divorce in October 2024," the source said.
Grealish, another England international, also attracts heavy attention around his relationship with Sasha Attwood. Recently, focus shifted to football matters after the winger suffered a serious injury.
The Everton loanee, who fell out of favour at Manchester City, faces a long layoff. David Moyes confirmed surgery remains likely.
"We believe he is probably going to need surgery. It likely rules him out for the rest of the season. It’s disappointing for everyone," Moyes said.
While Grealish looks set to miss the remainder of the campaign, Walker continues to play a key role for Burnley. He is expected to start against Sunderland as Scott Parker’s side fight to avoid relegation.
