Kevin Theophile-Catherine extends his Dinamo contract and prepares for an eighth season after 216 official games and 10 trophies with the Zagreb club.
Kevin Theophile-Catherine has signed a new contract with Dinamo Zagreb, the club confirmed on its official website. The experienced French defender is set to begin his eighth season in the famous blue shirt, having first joined the club in the summer of 2018.
He made his Dinamo debut in a Champions League qualifier against Hapoel Be’er Sheva in July 2018, helping his side to a dominant 5–0 win. Since then, he has established himself as one of the club’s most consistent performers, racking up 216 official appearances, scoring five goals and providing ten assists. Including friendly matches, his appearance tally stands at 263 games.
During his time in Zagreb, Theophile-Catherine has won ten trophies, including six Croatian league titles, two Croatian Cups, and two Super Cups. He’s also enjoyed significant European success with Dinamo, playing in the Champions League group stage three times and reaching the knockout phase of European competitions four times—three times in the Europa League and once in the Conference League.
With 63 appearances in UEFA competitions, he currently ranks sixth on Dinamo’s all-time list of most appearances in European matches.
