Kyle Walker & Annie Kilner threaten legal action over Lauryn Goodman’s book

Kyle Walker and his wife Annie Kilner are reportedly preparing to “go to war” over a forthcoming autobiography by Lauryn Goodman, the footballer’s former mistress, who is planning to “tell her truth” about their relationship.

According to the Daily Mail, the couple are pursuing legal action to block the publication of the book, which is expected to dive into the personal details of Goodman’s affair with Walker — including revelations that he fathered two children with her while married to Kilner.

Goodman, a social media influencer and single mother, first made headlines in 2020 when she revealed that Walker was the father of her son, Kairo. The fallout led to the England defender being kicked out of the family home. Three years later, it emerged he had fathered a second child with her, reigniting the scandal.

A source close to Walker told the Mail: “Here we go again, she just won’t go away with all of this. But if Lauryn thinks it’s going to all go swimmingly for her, then she has got another thing coming. By the time we’ve finished, it won’t be a book — it’ll be a pamphlet.”

Walker, currently on loan at AC Milan from Manchester City, has been under increasing pressure off the pitch. Paolo Di Canio recently advised the 34-year-old to “focus on his football” after reports emerged of him enjoying Milan’s nightlife and spending freely.

The defender missed Milan’s 4-0 win over Udinese on Friday night after undergoing surgery for an elbow fracture. Since arriving at San Siro in January, he has made 12 appearances, but Milan sit just ninth in Serie A in what has been a disappointing season.

Walker’s future at Manchester City remains uncertain. Reports suggest the club may look to replace him in the summer as Pep Guardiola continues to refresh the squad. His personal life, however, may once again dominate headlines — especially if Goodman’s book goes ahead as planned.
