Annie Kilner reportedly planned to secure her future following Kyle Walker's infidelities long before their marriage.
Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, reportedly began devising a plan to protect herself financially after learning of the Manchester City star’s extramarital affairs, dating back five years. Kilner, who married the England international in 2021, is now allegedly seeking £15 million—nearly half of Walker’s £27 million fortune—to work on repairing their marriage.
Walker’s relationship with Kilner first hit a rough patch in 2019, when he was linked with Ex On The Beach star Laura Brown. He later fathered two children with ex-Love Island contestant Lauryn Goodman, who remains involved in his life.
According to The Sun, Kilner expressed her frustrations in text messages from 2019, saying: *“It’s the same old sh*t, he’s been doing it for ten years.”* She reportedly asked friends how to secure her future financially, seemingly anticipating further infidelity. She added: “He’s going to have a lonely end.”
A source close to Kilner told The Sun: “Annie married Kyle for love, but she also knew she had to secure her financial future for herself and their children.” The source claims Kilner had been formulating a financial “get-out plan” for years, even seeking advice from her married WAG friends during their 2019 split.
The insider explained: “Annie is clever, and she knew marrying Kyle would give her financial security if his infidelities continued. When she first dumped him in 2019, some friends advised her to leave him, but others warned that marrying him would be the only way to ensure her financial future.”
Now, the 34-year-old Manchester City defender awaits the fate of his relationship, as Kilner weighs whether reconciliation is possible or if their marriage will come to an end.
