Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal reveals his admiration for Bukayo Saka and his dream of playing at iconic English stadiums as he becomes a Beats by Dre ambassador.

Lamine Yamal, Barcelona’s teenage sensation, continues to draw global attention both on and off the pitch. Fresh off his partnership with Beats by Dre, the 17-year-old has opened up about his admiration for Premier League football — and specifically his love for Bukayo Saka.

In a feature celebrating his new ambassador role alongside global stars like Lionel Messi, Erling Haaland, and LeBron James, Yamal spoke about the players and stadiums he dreams of experiencing in the future.

"Right now, outside of Barca, I think Dembele or Bukayo Saka are doing really well," said Yamal, singling out the Arsenal winger as a source of inspiration.

When asked about iconic stadiums, Yamal added: “There are so many I’ve yet to experience, especially outside of Europe. In Europe, some of the iconic ones I’d like to play in are Old Trafford and Anfield.”

The La Masia graduate is already making waves at the top level, helping Barcelona fight for the La Liga title and becoming a central figure in the club’s plans post-Messi. Barça are reportedly ready to offer him a long-term contract when he turns 18 this summer to fend off growing interest from across Europe.

Yamal also reflected on his personal favourite memory from the historic rivalry with Real Madrid: “There are a lot of historic ones, but now that I get to be part of it, I’d say the most recent Copa del Rey final. The way the match played out — and the fact that we won!”

While Barça fell short in the Champions League semi-finals this season, Yamal is widely expected to challenge for major titles — and possibly the Ballon d’Or — in the years to come.
