Lauryn and Chloe Goodman, estranged sisters embroiled in family drama, avoided interaction at a Christmas event, highlighting unresolved tensions stemming from Lauryn’s relationship with Kyle Walker.

Sisters Lauryn and Chloe Goodman narrowly avoided an uncomfortable encounter at the Tulleys Christmas Light Festival in Crawley, West Sussex, amid their ongoing family rift. The two, once close, have been estranged since Lauryn revealed that Manchester City star Kyle Walker, who is married, fathered her second child.

Lauryn, 33, attended the event dressed in head-to-toe designer attire, sporting a Balmain scarf and Chanel accessories, while Chloe, 31, brought her four-year-old daughter Isla, whom she shares with her husband, footballer Grant Hall. Despite their shared presence on the red carpet, the sisters avoided acknowledging each other.

Their falling out dates back to early this year when it emerged that Lauryn’s daughter Kinara, now one, was also fathered by Kyle Walker. The news followed the 2019 birth of Lauryn’s son, Kairo, conceived during a fling with the footballer while he was on a break from his wife, Annie Kilner. Annie, who shares four sons with Walker, has since filed for divorce.

The scandal strained the sisters' relationship, culminating in Chloe uninviting Lauryn from her wedding in Portugal this summer to avoid overshadowing the event. Chloe later explained, "The least Lauryn could have done is keep it quiet that Kyle was the dad of her second-born until after the wedding." Chloe’s youngest sister, Amelia, served as Chief Bridesmaid, while Lauryn and her children were notably absent.

Lauryn’s family court battle against Kyle Walker also grabbed headlines after a judge ruled she viewed the footballer as an "open-ended chequebook." Her controversial financial demands, which included £33,000 for air conditioning and a £31,000 astro turf pitch for Kinara, sparked criticism on social media.

While Chloe has expressed a desire to rebuild her relationship with Lauryn, she admits she isn’t ready to reconcile. She told The Sun, "I don’t think it’s a case of forgiveness, it’s a case of timing. I’m not ready to sit down and discuss things with her yet. I feel I would get emotional and angry and I could say things I might regret."

Despite their estrangement, Chloe occasionally visits Lauryn to maintain a bond between their children at their mother’s request. However, the sisters have yet to properly resolve their differences, keeping the family feud alive.
