Bayer Leverkusen enters the competition to sign Lecce’s Patrick Dorgu, alongside Chelsea, Juventus, and other top European clubs. The Danish left-back could fetch €50 million in 2025.
Patrick Dorgu, the highly sought-after Danish left-back from Lecce, is attracting attention from some of Europe’s biggest clubs. According to reports from TMW, Bayer Leverkusen, the reigning Bundesliga champions, has now joined the likes of Chelsea, Juventus, Milan, Napoli, and Tottenham in the race for the 18-year-old star.
Lecce, aware of Dorgu’s growing demand, has acknowledged that the player will likely be sold in 2025, with an expected transfer fee in the range of €40–50 million. Despite the interest, Dorgu remains under contract with Lecce until June 2029, giving the Italian club leverage to negotiate a high price for their rising talent.
Dorgu’s potential move would mark a significant step in his career, as he continues to impress in Serie A and establish himself as one of Europe’s most promising young defenders. For now, Lecce is determined to hold onto their prized asset for at least another season.
