RB Leipzig wonderkid Yan Diomande ended transfer speculation by confirming he will remain at the club despite huge interest across Europe.

Yan Diomande has become one of the hottest names in European football, but the teenager has already made his decision for next season.

Despite growing interest from elite clubs and reports linking him with a blockbuster move, the RB Leipzig winger says he is staying exactly where he is.

The 19-year-old enjoyed an explosive campaign and quickly transformed from an emerging prospect into one of the most talked-about young players in the Bundesliga.

Across league and cup competitions, Diomande delivered outstanding numbers with 13 goals and 10 assists.

His performances reportedly attracted attention from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, while Leipzig are believed to value him at around €100 million.

For now, though, the transfer market can wait.

"Yes, I will play for RB Leipzig next season as well."

"I am not thinking about the future at the moment. I feel good in the city, and I enjoy playing here."

"At the end of the day, statistics are important too, and I think I have had a fantastic year."

The rise has been exceptionally fast.

Only last year, Diomande arrived in Europe after leaving DME Academy in the United States to join Leganes in Spain.

After only six months, Leipzig moved quickly and signed him for a reported fee close to €20 million.

Shortly after, he also earned his first call-up for the Ivory Coast national team.

Now he heads into a World Cup year with expectations growing rapidly.

Ivory Coast will face Ecuador, Germany and Curacao in Group E.

For Diomande, the next step is not another transfer.

It is proving that one extraordinary season was only the beginning.
