Inter are reportedly nearing an agreement with Liverpool for Curtis Jones, with the England midfielder keen to make the move to Serie A.

Inter are closing in on the signing of Curtis Jones, with negotiations with Liverpool reportedly entering their final stages.
The Italian champions have identified the 25 year old England international as one of their priority midfield targets, and recent progress in talks has moved the deal significantly closer to completion.
Jones is regarded as an important member of Liverpool's squad, but the midfielder is understood to be seeking a new challenge where he can play a more prominent role and secure regular starts.
While Liverpool supporters would prefer to see the academy graduate remain at Anfield, the player is reportedly open to beginning the next chapter of his career in Serie A.
The main obstacle throughout negotiations has been the transfer fee.
Inter initially hoped to complete the deal for around €25 million, while Liverpool valued the midfielder at approximately €35 million.
According to reports, the two clubs have now moved closer to reaching an agreement that satisfies Liverpool's valuation.
Jones' current contract runs until the summer of 2027, meaning Liverpool still hold a strong negotiating position despite the player's desire to leave.
A graduate of Liverpool's famous academy, Jones has made 228 appearances for the first team.
During his time at Anfield, he has collected an impressive list of honors, including the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, EFL Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and the FA Community Shield.
The midfielder has also represented England on six occasions at senior international level.
If the transfer is completed, Jones would become another Premier League arrival for Inter during an ambitious summer rebuild.
The Nerazzurri have already strengthened their squad with the signings of Manuel Akanji and John Stones from Manchester City, while reports have also linked the Serie A champions with another City midfielder, Mateo Kovacic.
Inter's strategy reflects the club's determination to add proven Premier League experience as they prepare to defend their Serie A title and challenge for European success next season.
