Bradley Barcola has reportedly decided not to sign a new contract with PSG, with Liverpool leading the race for the French international despite the club's €170 million asking price.

Paris Saint-Germain could be facing one of the biggest transfer sagas of the summer after Bradley Barcola reportedly decided against signing a new contract with the French champions.
According to multiple reports, the 23-year-old France international has informed PSG that he will not extend his current deal, immediately fuelling speculation over a potential move away from Paris.
Liverpool are believed to be the club showing the strongest interest and have reportedly placed Barcola at the top of their transfer shortlist. However, any deal will depend on whether the Premier League side are prepared to meet PSG's enormous valuation.
Journalist Ben Jacobs reports that the French champions are demanding €170 million for the winger, a figure they believe reflects both the current transfer market and Barcola's long-term potential.
PSG are said to have based their valuation partly on the recent big-money transfers of Morgan Rogers to Chelsea and Elliot Anderson to Manchester City, both of which reportedly exceeded the €100 million mark.
The Paris club believe Barcola's value is even higher because of his age, consistent performances and impressive list of honours. Since arriving in 2023, he has won back-to-back UEFA Champions League titles with PSG and also helped France finish fourth at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Barcola has made 152 appearances for PSG, scoring 39 goals and contributing 37 assists. He has also earned 28 caps for France, finding the net on six occasions.
Although his current contract runs until 2028, reports suggest he has no intention of signing an extension. Head coach Luis Enrique is also believed to have made his position clear, insisting he only wants players who are fully committed to the club's long-term project and is unwilling to guarantee anyone a place in the starting line-up.
While Liverpool appear to be leading the race, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Chelsea are also monitoring the situation closely. No official negotiations have taken place so far, and Liverpool are reportedly unwilling to match PSG's current asking price.
PSG have already generated significant income this summer through the sales of Gonçalo Ramos, who joined AC Milan for €74 million, and Kang-in Lee, who moved to Atlético Madrid for €40 million. If Barcola also departs, the French champions would have even greater financial flexibility to reshape their squad.
