Liverpool lists the luxurious villa once home to Jurgen Klopp, valued at around £5 million, after new manager Arne Slot opted for different accommodations.
Liverpool FC has decided to sell the £5 million villa that served as a residence for former manager Jurgen Klopp after his successor, Arne Slot, declined to move in. Despite seamlessly stepping into Klopp's managerial role and currently holding second place in the Premier League, Slot opted against moving into the German’s former home.
The luxurious property, located on Liverpool’s prestigious Victoria Road, also known as Millionaires’ Row, includes three lounges, seven bedrooms, a home cinema, an indoor pool, and a landscaped garden. The club originally purchased the property from former manager Brendan Rodgers, who had acquired it from Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
Klopp, who lived there with his wife Ulla until his departure earlier this year, enjoyed the property rent-free after Liverpool purchased it from Rodgers. However, with Slot’s decision to live elsewhere, Liverpool has listed the villa to cut costs and generate additional funds.
