After netting his first goal for Bayern Munich in a Bundesliga match against Wolfsburg, Croatian U-21 star Lovro Zvonarek shares his dream come true experience, reflecting on his inspiration from Luka Modrić.

In a recent Bundesliga match, 19-year-old Croatian midfielder Lovro Zvonarek scored his first goal for Bayern Munich, marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.

The goal came early in the game, just four minutes in, as Zvonarek finished off an assist from Alphonso Davies by hitting the post and scoring, leading his team to a 2-0 victory against Wolfsburg. This was Zvonarek's first start for Bayern, adding to the few minutes he had played previously this season.

Speaking with Bild, Zvonarek expressed his admiration for Luka Modrić, Croatia's captain and football legend. "Every Croatian kid playing football looks up to Modrić as an idol. So, it's an honor to be mentioned alongside him," Zvonarek responded when asked about his playing style.

He described starting the match and scoring at a packed Allianz Arena as a dream realization, acknowledging the support and advice he received from his teammates, particularly Alexander Pavlović.
