Former Red Star Belgrade striker Milan Pavkov is leaving Saudi Arabia's Al Faiha to join Bahrain's Al-Khaldiya, which was recently coached by Croatian-born Dragan Talajić.

Milan Pavkov, the robust striker previously with Red Star Belgrade, is expected to leave Al Faiha, a Saudi Arabian club, for Al Kadija in Bahrain. His move to Al Feiha in the summer of 2022 for €1 million did not pan out as expected. Under the successful management of Vuk Rašović and with Vladimir Stojković as the goalkeeper, Pavkov struggled for playing time, amassing just 133 minutes across four games.

This lack of game time has prompted Pavkov to consider a move away from Saudi Arabia, with Al-Khaldiya expressing strong interest in acquiring him.

The Bahraini club, one of the wealthiest in the country, has won the King's Cup and is now vying for the league title.
