Benjamin Šeško’s friendship with Diogo Dalot produced a funny moment at Manchester United after the Slovenian complained his teammate keeps rejecting early morning coffee invitations.

Benjamin Šeško has adapted quickly to life at Manchester United, both on and off the pitch.

The Slovenian striker enjoyed an impressive first season at Old Trafford, scoring more than 10 Premier League goals and helping the club secure qualification for the Champions League.

Under coach Michael Carrick, the 22-year-old has become an important part of the team, while his relaxed personality has also helped him build strong relationships inside the dressing room.

One of his closest teammates appears to be Portuguese defender Diogo Dalot, although the pair clearly do not share the same morning routine.

Manchester United recently shared a funny video clip featuring the two players joking about Šeško’s repeated invitations for an early morning coffee.

The former RB Leipzig striker could not hide his frustration.

"I've invited him for coffee at least fifteen times! Just for half an hour! He hasn't tried the coffee I drink yet. And he lives maybe five minutes away!"Šeško joked.

Dalot immediately explained the problem.

"The only downside to our friendship is that we met at very different stages of life! I have children..."

But Šeško refused to give up.

"But only for half an hour! I could come for coffee in half an hour!"

The Portuguese full-back then delivered the line that made supporters laugh online.

"He invites me for coffee at 7.30 in the morning! Brother, I wake up at 7.30 and take my child to school..."

For now, it seems the Slovenian striker will need to wait until after the season before finally convincing Dalot to join him for his famous early coffee routine.
