The Fulham boss has long been waiting for a big club call—and Juventus may finally offer the chance.

Juventus are preparing for a major reshuffle this summer, both in their squad and leadership structure, with a new name now emerging as a serious candidate for the bench: Marco Silva.

According to reports from Italy, the 46-year-old Portuguese coach is one of the profiles being considered by the Turin giants. Silva has built a strong reputation over the past four years with Fulham and has previously managed Everton, Watford, Hull City, Olympiacos, Sporting Lisbon, and Estoril.

Silva’s name has often been linked with bigger clubs, but a move has yet to materialize. That could now change, especially with Juventus uncertain about keeping Igor Tudor, who stepped in late last season after Thiago Motta’s brief departure.

Meanwhile, Juventus’ sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli may also be on his way out after a mixed record in the transfer market. While some signings proved effective, others—despite heavy investment—failed to meet expectations.

Juventus finished fourth in Serie A this season, securing a return to the Champions League. But internally, the club seems ready to start fresh—and Marco Silva could be part of that new chapter.
