Andrada Manta, a Romanian real estate expert, has helped Lionel Messi accumulate a fortune through luxury property deals over the past decade.
Few may have heard of Andrada Manta, but this Romanian businesswoman is one of the key figures behind Lionel Messi’s vast wealth in the luxury real estate sector. Having left Romania over a decade ago, Mantu began her journey working in bars before becoming an expert in high-end properties and hotels in Barcelona. More importantly, she has become Messi’s "trusted person" when it comes to real estate.
"Leo Messi has been one of my clients for more than 10-12 years. I sold him his first apartment in Barcelona, and I continue to manage the purchase of all his hotels in Spain and beyond," Andrada revealed in an interview with Observator Antena 1.
Since breaking into the real estate market in Barcelona and other Spanish cities, Manta has facilitated deals worth over €500 million.
"My proudest moment as an entrepreneur was earning my first million before the age of 30! We’ve sold, built, designed, and managed some of the best luxury apartments and projects across the country, always staying a step ahead of trends and market demand," Manta added.
Messi’s net worth is estimated to be close to €1 billion, with €69 million generated annually from marketing deals alone.
