Lionel Messi is continuing to shape what could become one of the most star-studded teams in Major League Soccer. According to reports from Spain, Inter Miami are making a serious attempt to sign Kevin De Bruyne as they pursue the MLS title.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the American club has expressed strong interest in the Belgian midfielder, who is reportedly open to leaving Napoli and beginning a new chapter of his career in Florida.
If the move is completed, De Bruyne would become the latest global superstar to join Messi's ambitious project at Inter Miami.
The Argentine captain has already seen the squad strengthened by several experienced players with elite European pedigrees. Luis Suarez remains one of the team's key attacking weapons, while Rodrigo De Paul has added energy and balance to midfield.
