Napoli dropped points against Genoa but remain one point ahead of Inter, keeping the Serie A title race alive with two rounds to go.

The Serie A title race is proving to be the most dramatic in Europe this season, with only a single point separating Napoli and Inter Milan heading into the final two rounds.

While national champions have already been crowned in England, Germany, and France, and Barcelona are all but confirmed La Liga winners, Italy remains wide open. The battle between Napoli and Inter is expected to go down to the very last matchday.

Inter kept up the pressure on Saturday with a 2-0 win over Torino, despite fielding a largely rotated squad. Napoli, however, failed to fully capitalise and dropped two points in a 2-2 home draw with Genoa after twice taking the lead.

Romelu Lukaku opened the scoring for Napoli, but a goalkeeping error from Alex Meret gifted Genoa an equaliser. Giacomo Raspadori restored the lead in the second half, only for Johan Vasquez to level for the visitors in the 84th minute.

Despite the setback, Napoli still control their destiny. They remain one point clear at the top, and wins in their remaining matches would crown them champions regardless of Inter's results.

Napoli’s final fixtures:
– Parma (away)
– Cagliari (home)

Inter’s final fixtures:
– Lazio (home)
– Como (away)

With everything still to play for, Italy is set for a thrilling finish that could see the Scudetto decided in dramatic fashion on the final day.
