Netflix has released a first look at José Mourinho's new documentary, revealing a memorabilia room filled with football treasures, including gifts from Diego Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo, and one very unusual decoration.

José Mourinho has given football fans a rare look inside his private memorabilia room ahead of the release of his new Netflix documentary.
The three-part series, titled Mourinho, premieres on 11 August and promises to tell the story of one of football's most successful and controversial managers.
In a preview released by Netflix, Mourinho walks through a room packed with football history, including match-worn shirts, trophies, boots, photographs and personal gifts collected throughout his remarkable career.
Among his favorite items are a pair of Diego Maradona's Puma boots, personally dedicated to him.
"I have Maradona's boots dedicated to me. This is Diego," Mourinho says before taking out a Sporting CP shirt signed by Cristiano Ronaldo.
The former Chelsea, Inter, Real Madrid, and Manchester United manager also shows a trophy presented to him for his 60th birthday.
"This is to remind me that I'm 60," he jokes.
Perhaps the most unexpected item in the collection is a garden gnome made in his likeness by a Chelsea supporter.
"You know, some guy did this awful José," Mourinho laughs before quickly changing his mind. " No, it's not bad! It's not bad!"
As the clip draws to a close, Mourinho reminds viewers why Netflix believed his story deserved its own documentary.
" I started winning in 2003, and my last title was in 2022. So it was 20 years of winning. That's why you want to tell my story."
" You don't make a documentary about a guy who wins nothing. It's not like I come here and think I'm special. 'The Special One'... some guys in England came up with that for me."
The documentary arrives as Mourinho begins a new chapter at Real Madrid, having returned to the Santiago Bernabéu earlier this summer on a three-year contract.
Club president Florentino Pé rez welcomed the Portuguese coach back by describing him as " one of the best coaches in the world and a true Madridista."
Speaking after his appointment, Mourinho outlined the mentality he wants to bring back to Madrid.
"This feels like a mission. It's not about me or how much I win. I'm here to help everyone become better, to create a culture of work, responsibility, and ambition. It's not about working at Real Madrid; it's about working for Real Madrid."
Mourinho's second spell in Madrid begins officially when Real Madrid open their new La Liga campaign against Real Sociedad on 16 August.
