Paris Saint-Germain have signed Belgian winger Mika Godts from Ajax for around €55 million, handing the highly rated youngster a contract until 2031.

Paris Saint-Germain have completed another major investment in young talent. Belgian winger Mika Godts has officially left Ajax and will continue his career with the reigning French giants.
The transfer had been expected for several weeks, although the official confirmation took considerably longer. Ajax have now announced the departure of their talented winger, with PSG paying approximately €55 million for his services.
Godts has signed a long-term contract with the Parisian club until the summer of 2031.

Godts primarily operates from the left wing, where his technique, acceleration and ability to beat defenders have made him one of the most entertaining young attackers in Dutch football.
Few players in the Eredivisie have matched the Belgian when it comes to taking on opponents and creating danger through individual actions.
His style also carries certain similarities to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Both enjoy receiving the ball wide before attacking defenders directly, cutting inside and creating opportunities through dribbling.
That profile appears particularly suited to the football demanded by Luis Enrique, whose PSG side places considerable emphasis on technically gifted attackers capable of operating in several positions.
Godts: 'I feel incredibly proud'
The Belgian did not hide his excitement after completing the biggest transfer of his young career.
"I feel incredibly proud to be joining one of the best clubs in the world. I can't wait to put on this shirt and experience the Parc des Princes and our great fans."
Godts also promised to repay the confidence shown in him by PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Luis Enrique.
"I will always give my best on the pitch to justify the trust placed in me by President Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Coach Luis Enrique."
From Belgium to Ajax and now Paris
Godts received his football education in Belgium, spending time in the youth systems of Anderlecht and Genk before making the move to Ajax.
He spent three years with the Amsterdam giants, where his development accelerated and he established himself as one of the club's most valuable young players.
His performances also earned international recognition. In March this year, Godts received his first call-up to the senior Belgium national team.
Now comes another major step.
PSG have paid around €55m for a player they believe still has significant room for development, while Luis Enrique has added another technically gifted winger to an already formidable attacking department.
For Ajax, meanwhile, another talented youngster leaves Amsterdam for one of Europe's biggest clubs, this time bringing a substantial transfer fee with him.
