Cristiano Ronaldo mocked rival supporters by acting like an orchestra conductor after Al-Shabab fans repeatedly chanted Lionel Messi’s name at him.
Cristiano Ronaldo delivered another viral moment after sarcastically reacting to rival fans chanting Lionel Messi’s name during Al-Nassr’s latest victory.
The Portuguese superstar became the target of Al-Shabab supporters during Wednesday’s Saudi Pro League clash.
Fans inside the stadium repeatedly shouted "Messi, Messi" in an attempt to provoke the 41-year-old forward.
But Ronaldo responded with humor instead of frustration.
The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus star turned toward the crowd and began waving his arms like an orchestra conductor, mockingly leading the chants himself.
The theatrical reaction quickly spread across social media, where many supporters praised Ronaldo’s composure and sense of humor.
This was not the first time opposition fans in Saudi Arabia tried to provoke him with Messi chants.
Back in 2024, Ronaldo was fined and suspended after making an inappropriate gesture toward supporters following similar taunting.
This time, however, the Portuguese icon handled the situation differently and appeared amused by the atmosphere.
The moment came during an important 4:2 victory for Al-Nassr, with Ronaldo once again playing a decisive role.
The veteran striker scored during the match and reached another extraordinary milestone in his legendary career.
Ronaldo has now scored 971 career goals and also passed the 100-goal mark for Al-Nassr.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner joined the Saudi club in December 2022 after leaving Manchester United for a second time.
Despite his age, Ronaldo continues chasing more trophies and records.
Al-Nassr now face a huge title showdown against second-placed Al-Hilal, with only three league matches remaining.
Ronaldo’s side currently holds a five-point advantage as they push for the club’s first league title since his arrival.
The Portuguese captain is also preparing for another historic milestone later this year, his sixth World Cup appearance with Portugal.
