Ruud van Nistelrooy takes charge of Leicester City after a brief but impressive stint at Manchester United, aiming to steer the club away from relegation.
Ruud van Nistelrooy, the legendary Dutch striker, has officially been named the new manager of Leicester City. This marks a return to solo managerial duties after recently leaving the coaching staff of Manchester United.
Van Nistelrooy impressed during his short tenure at United, stepping in as interim manager following Erik ten Hag's dismissal. Under his guidance, United secured three wins and a draw in four matches, leaving a strong impression on his new employers. He previously managed PSV Eindhoven, further showcasing his managerial capabilities.
