English champions Manchester City will officially present a player whose arrival has been agreed for several months.
According to English media reports, Manchester City will today officially unveil their first new signing ahead of the new season.
It has been known for some time that 20-year-old Brazilian winger Savio, who has long been owned by CFG, the group of connected clubs headed by Manchester City, will be part of one of the best squads in Europe in the new season.
Last season, Savio played on loan for Girona from Troyes, making 41 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals, and providing 10 assists.
Savio will now formally transfer from Troyes to Manchester City. It will be interesting to see how both clubs agree on the transfer fee, as Savio's current market value is 50 million euros.
