Arsenal's reported pursuit of Vinicius Junior continues to generate headlines, but the potential blockbuster transfer has also put the spotlight on the Brazilian superstar's relationship with influencer and television presenter Virginia Fonseca.
The 27-year-old Brazilian-American is one of the biggest social media personalities in South America, with more than 56 million Instagram followers. Known for her fashion content, television appearances and business ventures, she has built a huge online following that rivals many of football's biggest stars.
A social media phenomenon
Virginia regularly shares photos from fashion campaigns, television projects and luxury holidays, while her glamorous lifestyle has made her one of Brazil's most recognizable celebrities.
One of her most widely discussed appearances came before the Grande Rio Carnival, when she took part in a themed photoshoot wearing a black costume inspired by a cat. The look included a collar featuring the name " Vini Jr", attracting widespread attention across social media.

Virginia's growing profile comes at a time when Vinicius' future at Real Madrid remains the subject of intense speculation.
Arsenal are reportedly monitoring the Brazilian's contract situation after negotiations over a new deal stalled. The Premier League club are believed to be prepared to make a major move should the winger become available.
Real Madrid, however, remain determined to keep one of their biggest stars. Reports suggest new head coach Jose Mourinho has made retaining Vinicius one of his priorities ahead of the new campaign.
"I'm completely in love"
Although speculation around the couple continues to grow, Virginia recently dismissed reports that wedding plans are already underway.
"Marriage? For God's sake! I just started a relationship; it hasn't even been three months. There's no talk of marriage."
She did, however, leave no doubt about her feelings for the Real Madrid star.
"I'm completely in love. I'm very happy with Vini. I feel loved. It's been incredible."
If Arsenal eventually succeeds in signing Vinicius, one of Brazil's most influential celebrities would also become a familiar face in English football.
