Tottenham are reportedly ready to launch a €98 million bid for Bournemouth star Eli Junior Kroupi after already spending more than €200 million this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are showing no signs of slowing down in the transfer market, with reports in England claiming the club is preparing a €98 million offer for Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi.
After already completing record-breaking deals for Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, Spurs are reportedly ready to make another huge investment as they continue rebuilding their squad ahead of the new Premier League season.
According to talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook, Tottenham are expected to submit an official offer in the coming days despite Bournemouth insisting the highly rated French forward is not available for transfer this summer.
"There is significant interest in Kroupi, with Arsenal also monitoring him. Tottenham are preparing a €98 million bid to test whether Bournemouth are serious about keeping the player," Crook reported.
Kroupi enjoyed a breakthrough campaign after joining Bournemouth in February 2025. The 20-year-old scored 13 Premier League goals in 33 appearances and quickly established himself as one of England's brightest young attacking talents.
His outstanding performances also earned him a nomination for the PFA Young Player of the Year award and helped Bournemouth achieve one of the greatest seasons in the club's history.
The Cherries finished sixth in the Premier League, securing qualification for the UEFA Europa League for the first time.
Tottenham have already spent aggressively this summer. The arrival of Tonali for approximately €116 million set a new club transfer record, while Fernandes joined in a deal worth around €100 million.
The North London club has also strengthened elsewhere, signing Jan Paul van Hecke, while experienced trio Andrew Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dúbravka all arrived on free transfers.
Bournemouth continue to insist that Kroupi is not for sale, but Tottenham appear determined to test that position with one of the biggest offers of the summer transfer window.
If the move is completed, it would become Tottenham's third transfer worth close to €100 million this summer and underline the club's determination to return to the top of English football under an ambitious new project.
