Savinho is eager to leave Manchester City for Tottenham, with Roberto De Zerbi identifying the Brazilian as one of his top attacking targets this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are stepping up their pursuit of Savinho, with the Brazilian winger reportedly pushing Manchester City to approve a move worth around £60 million.
The 22-year-old has made it clear he is ready for a new challenge after an injury-disrupted campaign at the Etihad Stadium, where he struggled to establish himself as a regular starter.
Tottenham have admired Savinho for more than a year after failing to sign him last summer. At the time, Manchester City valued the Brazilian at around £70 million, but Spurs are now hoping a deal can be completed for closer to £60 million.
AC Milan are also monitoring the situation, but new Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi is determined to win the race. The Italian believes Savinho's pace, dribbling ability and creativity make him an ideal fit for his attacking style of football.
Despite having three years remaining on his Manchester City contract, Savinho is understood to want more regular playing time. Last season he made only 14 starts in all competitions after injuries interrupted his progress.
City signed the Brazilian from sister club Troyes in 2024 for around £21 million, following an outstanding loan spell at Girona, another club within the City Football Group.
Tottenham's summer rebuild shows no signs of slowing down. The North London club are still targeting two more attacking signings after investing approximately £237 million on new arrivals.
Sandro Tonali joined from Newcastle United in a £100 million deal, while midfielder Mateus Fernandes arrived from West Ham United for £85 million. Defender Jan Paul van Hecke also completed a £52 million switch from Brighton, while Marcos Senesi, Andy Robertson and Martin Dúbravka were signed on free transfers.
Meanwhile, James Maddison is optimistic about the club's future under De Zerbi after recovering from the anterior cruciate ligament injury that ruled him out for most of last season.
"The manager is very clear. The goals are to be better, to play better football, to be passionate and be proud to play for this club.
"If we follow his style and his principles, then the long-term results will come. We're still learning the way he wants us to play. He's very attacking, and I'm really excited."
Tottenham opened their pre-season tour with a 2-0 victory over Auckland FC in New Zealand and will also face Sydney FC before taking on Chelsea. Their Premier League campaign begins away to Brentford on 22 August.
