Legendary Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina showcased his singing talent during his initiation at his new club, Como, delighting his teammates with a rendition of "La Bamba."
Legendary Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina, at 41 years old, has joined a new club, embarking on an ambitious project with Como, a newly-promoted Italian Serie A team. He was recruited by his former national teammate Cesc Fabregas, who selected him as the new goalkeeper for the club.
The former goalkeeper of Liverpool, Barcelona, and other major European clubs had to undergo the traditional initiation ceremony at his new club, which usually involves singing a song in front of his new teammates.
Reina, who clearly has ample experience in such situations, immediately impressed his teammates with a fantastic performance of the legendary song "La Bamba," famously popularized by Ritchie Valens nearly 70 years ago.
